Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once this timeframe has passed, we may be unable to accommodate your request as the order may have already entered the processing phase. If you cancel your order within the specified timeframe, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take utmost care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. Items are considered damaged if they have a defect or if the product is physically broken. However, damaged packaging that occurred during shipping, such as dented boxes with products in good condition, is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@llcsimplifiedlife.com and including a clear photo of the damage. We will assess if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost. Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.
